By accessing or using FrictionFind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

FrictionFind provides AI-powered synthetic user testing services. We offer a platform for simulating user feedback using AI personas. The service includes access to our persona library, custom persona creation, and testing capabilities.

3. Account Registration

To use FrictionFind, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be at least 18 years old to create an account

4. Subscription and Billing

FrictionFind offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

FrictionFind and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

7. API Access and Limits

API access is available on Enterprise plans only. All API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. We reserve the right to throttle or block excessive usage.

8. Data Usage

Test results generated by FrictionFind are owned by you. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service. All data handling is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

FrictionFind is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated persona responses will be accurate or match real user behavior. Results should be used as one data point among many in product decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrictionFind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease, and we may delete your data according to our retention policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
